1. Jumping Jacks


Jumping jacks is an exercise done by jumping to a position of the legs spread wide and your hands overhead, sometime doing a clap above your head and then returning to the original position in which your hands is beside your body and your feet returns together. Jumping jacks burn tons of calories, helps in losing weight, and help improve agility and explosiveness for sports. 

2. Burpees


 

Burpees is a full body exercise that is used for strength training and cardio training. Burpees are performed with 4 movements. Start with a standing position, from the standing position move to a squat position with hands on the ground. Kick your feet backward and do a plank position with your arm straight, get back to the squat position, then return to the original standing position. Burpees can be used for cardiovascular exercise and strength exercise, therefore burpees will help shape your body and lose weight.

3. Running On Staircase

Box jumps is a full body exercise to strengthen lower parts of body, it is done by jumping as high as you can to a box you place on the floor. It will make you faster and helps you jump higher, doing it more than a few second will help you burn a lot of calories and help you shed some pounds.
